We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return the product within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, without any traces of wearing, make up or washing and in the same condition that you received it. Used Items or items showing visible wearing signs will not be a subject to return and will be shipped back to you.
- In the original packaging
- Completed Return form

- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. Shipping cost and a flat 10 EUR Restocking and Handling fee will be deducted from the returned amount.
Refund Time
Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Please allow [5-7] days for the receiving of returned items for the refund to reflect in your account.
Handling Exceptions
If we made a mistake with your order (e.g., wrong item shipped), please contact us immediately, and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
